Second, you will merge your addresses onto labels. Buy white or clear label paper size 1x2.63, 30 to a page, at CVS or Walmart.
1. Start> All Programs> Microsoft Works> Word Processor > Tools > Labels >Mailing Labels >OK
2. Select 5160 Address >New document
3. Click Merge info from another type of file
4. At top, Look in: select My Documents > Holiday Addresses > Open
5. Click on First Names> Insert> Space bar> Last name> Insert> Enter
6. Click on Street Address> Insert> Enter
7. Click on City, State Zip >Insert
8. Click on File> Save> type in Holiday Address Labels> Save
9. Highlight (left click and drag) the 3 lines (don’t worry that you can’t see an actual name and address) and use toolbar to adjust font, (choose one that is not too wide) size, color > File> Save
10. Top left corner, File> Print Preview> at top, change to 100%. In top left corner, click next or previous to see all pages
11. Look over the labels to see if addresses fit. If not, close print preview and edit by using the toolbar to change the font, or the size, making it narrower. If they are fine, close print preview
12. Go to File> Print and print on plain paper. Check to make sure all names and addresses are the way you want them. 13. If, ok, put one page of label paper in the printer with labels on bottom, with brand name on top, File> Print> Pages 1-30, 1 copy> OK. Then put another page of label paper in the printer and set it for Pages 31-60, continuing in the same way until you have all labels printed.
